KKND Beauty Private Limited - Refund & Exchange Policy
At KKND Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a cosmetic brand, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once they have been sold. However, we do offer an exchange in the case of a damaged or defective product.
Exchange Eligibility:
- The product must be damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at info@kkndbeauty.com
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video as proof of damage.
Exchange Process:
- Email us at info@kkndbeauty.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9220600699 with your order details, pictures, and an unboxing video of the damaged item.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product within 7 business days.
- If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used, opened, or tampered products.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
